Dark Opal Basil Microgreens
This purple Thai basil brings an explosion of color and flavor. It has a spicy, robust taste, followed by a sweet basil aftertaste. It’s perfect for Asian dishes, and we like to use it to garnish wontons or liven up our salads.
Shelf life: 5 to 8 days. Dark opal basil has its best flavor when used in 1 to 4 days.
Storage: Basils hates the cold, and will spoil turning black in very little time if placed in a refridgerator. Store at room temperature.
